Figured out that Highline is a coffee shop and uses Cafe Moto, and this is Blue Sky Blend. This is a smooth, nutty cold brew with a distinct smokiness from the dark roast. There's no bitterness so it's easy to drink. I think is lacking a little bit of acidity but it's good cold brew.Cupping Method:At Highline Coffee & Goods in San Diego, appears to be in the Westin Hotel.
