This is a super tasty coffee. This is the 3rd premium Colombian lot I've had this week and the best of the 3. It has that fantastic Colombian smoothness and milk chocolate character, a hazelnut tinge, and then some pineapple and blood orange. Really quite good.

It's a bit of an unassuming coffee - looks like a field blend out of the bag with all sort of varietals. Definitely some magic in the fermentation process. I couldn't really tell you what 170 Washed Lactic Fermentation in Honey means.

Cupping Method:: Chemex Pourover. This is direct shipped from the roaster/wholesaler.

This roast hit me with a strong berry burst and had a great balance of sweetness and richness. I enjoyed learning about their honey processing method, which saves water over traditional processing methods. I would definitely drink this again.

A delicious coffee - super smooth and yes, bursting with red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, plum, currant. Acidity is very well balanced. Rare to see a coffee this fruity but also smooth.

This roast has a strong flavor, with a lively and spritely feel. It is a bit astringent, has lemony tilt, and hints at a sweetness reminiscent of a breakfast pastry.

A very smooth coffee with balanced and tasty acidity. Green apple, strawberry, and lime. A little bit of black tea but also chocolate hints.

A flavorful, robust roast. Well-balanced with a sweetness that melds acidity with hints of dark chocolate and strong bean flavor.

Overall a very sweet and fruit-forward profile!! Some very subtle grassy notes, but a lovely coffee. Would brew again! :)

I wasn't totally sure how to grade this one. While I'm a dark roast drinker, this is quite a unique one that some will find out of bounds. It's very smoky, very earthy, funky, and has a strong oak and cognac flavor. I can appreciate it even if it's not really my cup of tea.

The roaster at Those Coffee People is quite good and I'm confident that there's someone who will love this.

A citrusy, floral tasting espresso! Very unusual and surprising. For me, I dont think this one would work with milk or as a latte but sipping it black and with a hint of sweetener makes for a really interesting experience!

Cupping Method:Brewed in a Moka, no milk/cream but a bit of maple syrup as sweetener at the end.
