Maybe the best large chain cold brew coffee. Usually a bit pricy but worth it. Super smooth, balanced acidity. Always happy with one of these.

Hair Bender is an outstanding balanced espresso with a good crema. Natural brown sugar character with smoothness and just enough acidity.

A great light roast blend that cuts it as pourover and Moka Pot. Very smooth with a nice natural sweetness. My wife actually likes it when I make espresso drinks (lattes and cappuccinos) with it.

Kind of an oddball looking roast that made me question the quality. However, this roast is exactly as described. It's a smooth chocolate flavor with very bright citrus and Rainier cherry notes. The acidity is pretty bright and the overall mouth feel is smooth with no bitterness. It's a very good easy drinker with great acidity.

Cupping Method:I got this in the PDX advent calendar, though I think it is a widely available Stumptown coffee. 92C, 18:1 on Thursday ol' v60.

Rock solid nitro cold brew on the fruitier side for canned cold brew. Probably a medium roast. Chocolate characteristics, nice pop sounds on the opening, but just the right amount of gas.

Very balanced, well-nitroed, well implemented (Guiness Widget?) Cannes cold brew. Chocolate forward with a nice berry citrus acidity. Very clean with excellent mouthfeel.

Cupping Method:I had this in my lunchbox for a long hike. Very satisfying.

A lighter-feeling coffee with an average flavor profile. There were high textures of acidity/ bitterness that rolled through each sip, finishing with a clear flavor.

This was not my favorite cup of coffee - it was too bitter for me, tasted a bit burnt. I may not have poured the best brew.

6.2/10. hmm after finishing the whole bottle of this coffee its good. but thats really it. its not leaving me with any amazing thoughts. theres a certain taste to some coffees that for me is just not it. its like a little sweetness to the flavor at the end. apparently at starbucks its the simple syrup which i absolutely do not like. but this had the same kind of end taste a little sweetness to the bitterness. im really just a strong bitter coffee girl so for me this isnt something i will be drinking again
