Sensational Ethiopian that you wish you have so many more cups of. Tea, jasmine, green grape, sweet orange Asian pear, honey. Silky and sweet. Complex and flora.Cupping Method:92C, 18:1 on v60. From Revolver Advent.

This is a really nice washed Ethiopian with tons of fruitiness. I get blood orange and strawberry lemonade here. I'd like the acidity to linger a bit longer and finish a touch cleaner, but that's the tradeoff with the washed Ethiopians. More fruit, a touch of funk. It's ever so slight here and this is a very enjoyable coffee.Cupping Method:Hario v60 pourover

A well balanced coffee with wonderful mouthfeel. IMHO, it's a little bit short for an Ethiopian in terms of brightness of acidity. I get the disco marmalade moniker. It's very sweet with a jammy mouth feel and does have a slight sweet orange character to it as opposed to the usual Ethiopian stone fruit. It also feels a bit more blended in than the distinct notes. Sometimes you get with Ethiopians where there's tea and then there's peach. Very enjoyable.Cupping Method:I got a sample in a trade and made it 197F, 18:1 with the Hario v60.

Lively Ethiopian espresso. A nice sweet chocolate aroma coming of the bag.
Pulls with a light medium crema.
Peachy with a strong earl grey tea note. A lot of brightness in the acidity, with some moderate complexity mouthfeel wise and a clean peach tea linger. Nicely inbounds from an acidity perspective.Cupping Method:Americanos and espressos. Did well on both.

This is a nice roast, full of layered flavors, and complemented with a sweet acidity. Flavor highlights are almond, black tea, and a tiny hint of rose.Cupping Method:Vietnamese drip, cream with no sweetener

Light peach iced tea up front. Smooth and balanced. Has a trailing hint of the the green tea vegetal note. Pleasant all around.Cupping Method:Coffee came from Roaster's Pack advent, 18:1, 92C on v60

Interesting Ethiopian that I wish I had a little bit more of to dial-in. Lemon floral tropical. Gooseberry, lemon, lime. Interesting but don't think they quite nailed it here. It drinks a little bit one note with the acidity and veers towards an unsweetened Arnold Palmer. That's not the worst thing there. unique for me, but I don't think it's the Ethiopian I would buy personally.Cupping Method:V60, 18:1, 92C. From Revolver Advent.
