A taste that’s full, syrupy, and Chocolate, with flashes of bright fruit. A taste that demands your attention and earns your affection. Story of the Bean: Mighty Uniter is grown in southern Honduras by 6 producers from the group Proyecto Cabañas. After harvest, coffee cherries spend 72 hours fermenting in sealed barrels without oxygen, an experimental process called anaerobic fermentation. The seeds are then dried in their pulp, or honey processed. Though both techniques tend to exaggerate fruity flavors, this cup is subtle in its expression, giving its flavor profile a unique depth and complexity.
