Outrageously complex and delicious. I get a huge multifaceted note right at the beginning thats so many tasty things its hard to describe. It is like Willy Wonka creation. Shortbread isnt a terrible way to describe it, which is what Abracadabra say. I could say toasted mashmallow, green apple, and caramel. Then its a long finish with lavender and lemongrass. Delicious, fruity. Definitely get the chocolate and cherry. Maybe with being a Vermont roaster I get a lot of maple syrup! Definitely some natural sweetness.Cupping Method:Chemex pourover. Coffee purchased directly from roaster at their shop in Woodstock, VT

The aroma was out of this world - floral, honeysuckle, cocoa. Such a nice light roast with tea finish. I love Colombian coffee.Cupping Method:Pourover at home. Black.

I split a Chill Brew with my wife. I'm only scoring for taste here. I think it was nice overall. There was a bit of nuttiness and acidity. Didn't all come together for me like some other Abracadabra roasts I've been trying and didn't quite line up with with their regular cold brew cans that I think are quite excellent.Cupping Method:Chill brew can purchased from Abracadabra in Woodstock VT
