Smooth delicious shot with really nice mouth feel and the type of linger that leaves you wanting more. Chocolate, blackberry, just a bit nutty. Probably splitting hairs to want a bit more florality/complexity as its tasty.

Straight chocolate, super smooth, low acidity. Drinks medium dark for me. Touch of smoke thats pleasant and more on the aroma.

Smooth, silky mouthfeel. A bit smoky, walnut, and black cherry. Really like the texture but missing one more flavor characteristics on the tart/fruity spectrum for this type of roast.

A well-balanced blend with classic light roast qualities. It is a little chocolatey, a little fruity, with maybe a hint of tangerine.

Sorry, I just didn't love it. Main flavor was straw.
