This Pink Bourbon is a stunner, showcasing bright acidity that harmonize with natural sweetness. The flavor profile is vivid and layered, with distinct notes of juicy pineapple, tart gooseberry, and the delicate sweetness of Rainier cherries. What sets this coffee apart is its clean, apple juice-like sweetness, making the whole thing a fruit forward affair.

The balance between the acidity and sweetness makes for a delightful, nuanced cup that feels both fruity and refined.

I just had 20 g of this coffee that I got in an exchange. Wish I had more!

A bright and balanced coffee that maybe doesn't stand out in any one way but does a lot of things well (Chiroso can be kind of like that I think). It has a full-bodied mouthfeel for a light roast, with a good amount of natural sweetness and a really nice satsuma and red berry acidity. It's a touch lemongrassy.

Subtle and clean. Definitely see the red jello thing. Fruit note is redcurrant for me. Smooth mouthfeel. Black and red tea notes.

Stays very middle of the road acidity wise and it's almost like a chuggable bottle of unsweetened ice tea.

Dense, earthy, savory notes came through strong in the nose initially. Moderate amount of sweetness. Juicy dark fruits emerged as the coffee cooled. Black currant was most prominent. Moderately sweet. Hint of blackberry too. The blackberry and the overall sweetness really intensified later. There was a bit of florality as well. The flavor profile was similar to the aroma but definitely crisper and brighter. Dense and earthy up front. Dark fruit notes appeared as the coffee moved along the palate. Black currant was most prominent. Blackberry was noticeable as well. There was a crisp, zippy, lemony acidity in the center. The tart lemon notes carried into the back end. Hint of sweetness. Lemonade came to mind. The finish was crisp, bright and clean. More lemony tartness and a hint of lingering earthiness after the swallow. Overall, high sweetness in both the aroma and the flavor. Medium-high acidity in the aroma and exceptionally high acidity in the flavor. The mouthfeel was super soft and juicy. Medium bodied for the varietal. I purchased this coffee from Thankfully along with their Getuya AA extra light, and while both were enjoyable initially, they really peaked around the three month mark. If you have a bag of either, be sure to give it an extended rest and a hard push during the brewing process.

Sweet, juicy dark fruit notes came through strong in the aroma. Blackberry was most prominent. Black currant was noticeable as well. Touch of earthiness too. Interesting sweet-savory balance. As the coffee opened up, a hint of vanilla appeared. Later, the coffee seesawed between sweet blackberry and savory earthy notes. As the coffee approached room temperature, the juicy sweetness intensified. The flavor profile was similar to the nose but slightly less sweet and more acidic. Berry notes were apparent up front. Raspberry was most prominent. Touch of blackberry and black currant too. There was a big, zippy, lemony acidity in the center along with some sweetness. Lemonade came to mind. Tart cranberry notes came through on the back end and carried into the clean, snappy finish. Some dark fruits and savory earthy notes lingered after the swallow. Overall, outstanding sweetness the aroma and high sweetness in the flavor. Medium-high acidity in the aroma and exceptionally high acidity in the flavor. Fantastic creamy, juicy, fuller bodied mouthfeel. This is an impressive Kenyan coffee that reached its peach nearly three months off roast. If you have a bag of this, be sure to give it plenty of rest and a hard push during the brewing process.

Sweet and fruity, but a bit flat/one-note. Pink lemonade, sweet orange, and red tea. The acidity is nice, just feels like it's missing something here.
