Hard to describe how good this is.
When hot, I get lemongrass and lime acidity trailing a big chocolate note on the front palate. A vein of blood range acidity runs throughout the cup. It's very nicely balanced and structured with great natural sweetness. Very smooth.Cupping Method:Blind tasting out of the Revolver Advent Calendar, Day 1.
