Cupping Method:v60 at two temps, came out similar both times.
A bit of a single note coffee but the one note is really good. Fruity, pink lemonade, berries. Light tea platform and clean but simple finish. Good natural sweetness and mouthfeel.
Very fruity and apple forward with a tea background. A little similarity to Turkish apple tea, and quite different from most Kenyans. But just a bit flat and one note on the two brews I had. Fruit, without acidity, is a tad cloying.
It's good!
