A very enjoyable gesha that leans fruity. Not too floral. Blueberry and blackcurrant with some funk and a slight wineyness. Very smooth and a lot of natural sweetness. Clean finish. I don't think there's a wow factor here but it's a very nice coffee.Cupping Method:16:1 at 94C on v60 worked best for me after some tinkering. 92C and 18:1 was pretty flat and didn't highlight anything additional.

This Kenyan drinks a little bit differently than a lot of the ones I've had recently. It combines the usual purple fruit with a little bit of Ruby red grapefruit and brown sugar. The type that's not bitter and you get excited about as a kid. It has really good mouthfeel and acidic balance. The underlying platform is a lightly brewed oolong tea character.Cupping Method:18:1, 92C in v60. This coffee came from Bean Archives.

Silky mouthfeel, a lot of natural sweetness. Smooth, with mango and brown sugar note. I didn't get tons of tropical fruit notes as the tasting notes suggest but I did think it was very well balanced and enjoyable.Cupping Method:I liked it at a lighter temp for me, around 90C. 18:1 on Hario v60. Coffee came from Bean Archives.
