Cupping Method:16:1 at 94C on v60 worked best for me after some tinkering. 92C and 18:1 was pretty flat and didn't highlight anything additional.

Silky mouthfeel, a lot of natural sweetness. Smooth, with mango and brown sugar note. I didn't get tons of tropical fruit notes as the tasting notes suggest but I did think it was very well balanced and enjoyable.

It's delicious!
