Really flat Ethiopian. Slight milk chocolate but just lacks fruitiness and a secondary characteristic. Very slightly woody? Nothing really bad other than that but just flat. About a C- grade.Cupping Method:Had 60g and tried it 3 temps and grinds on v60. Storage issue perhaps? Roast was six weeks out.
