Vibrant citrus. Clear on noise. Lime, bergamot, tea, pomegranate. Very smooth. Very light. Delicious if you like this style.

Really small beans, seems like a unique/interesting lot. Have not seen this coffee widely available elsewhere.

Had in my notes that I loved this coffee and ordered it at least 10 times based on receipts from Clover Food Lab. Little Wolf is great so no surprise!

Wow! This roast is *so* good-- a layered masterpiece! I could tell it was going to be good from the first waft of the freshly ground beans. A bright acidity, sprightly tart, melds with a delicate sweetness and finishes with a nice, lightly lingering flavor. There were hints of cranberry, cherry, hibiscus, grapefruit, melon, and oak.

A rich, smooth pourover. Almost a slight savoriness that turns into a chocolate ganache cake. Very smooth.

Super good, balanced, fruity, smooth. Acidity is bright and clean. Creamy even though not a nitro. Not super complex but could drink these all days.

I wouldn't say I necessarily got what I expected here based on the description, but this was an excellent cup of coffee (I had it iced). Super smooth with a bright acidity (but not lime/hibiscus as the bag described).

I thought it played more in the red grape range, and it has a little bit of a vanilla finish. Definitely a black tea type platform. Just where my palate was at the moment, I was probably happy not to have the hibisicus/lime type tartness.

A very unique coffee that drinks as described with a big hit of cranberry/hibiscus up front, mellowing out to honey and melon. Doesnt really resemble a regular Colombia single-origin in any way. I like acidity and thats the highlight here, so wont be for everyone.

Pink bourbon with a gorgeous aroma.

As a washed process, this is more a clean, floral, fruity, restrained. I get strawberry, strongly brewed black tea, and some peach. Smooth and relatively simple after the first burst, and just slightly flat on the acidity at the end. That does make it easy to drink a lot of quickly.

A tasty decaf shot of lighter roast espresso that drinks sweet and tart with a lighter body and lighter crema. My notes didn't really match up to what was on the Little Wolf bag, but that might because they are listing it as an omniroast. I got dark chocolate, blackberry, and a lemony finish. It's definitely on the tart side but not out of bounds if drink lighter roast espresso.

Most of the time I go to Clover, have a cup of Little Wolf, and walk out with a bag. My cup here today had a strong grapefruit / grapefruit rind note that was present throughout the palate. I can't really taste anything else though I think the acidic balance and black tea notes are there.

There's not tons of info about this roast on the bag and it's not on the Little Wolf site. I highly recommend Little Wolf but not this roast.

Cupping Method:Pourover at Clover. Clover does brew hot.
