One to try if you're in Honolulu is Knots Coffee Roasters Hawaii. It is located in Queen Kapiolani Hotel Waikk Beach near the Zoo. It is a great little shop with outstanding coffee. They use well-known Big Island Roasters for their coffee. They have Kona, Maui, and a signature blend that is a mix of Nicaragua, Columbia, Peru, and Kona.
