Cupping Method:I stuck to 197F, 18:1. It did well on both v60 and Chemex. Photo is 22g in.

Cupping Method:92C, 17:1 in v60. Medium grind. Lighter approach helps tame funk.

Cupping Method:I got 40g and tried it twice. Tried hotter and fine the 2nd time around and still found the flavor notes fairly light aside from the tea.
This coffee is a 5!!
Blueberry wine, jasmine, funky, a nice note of bright acidity. Lots of fruit then the floral hits and finishes nice and clean. Complex and delicious if you like naturals. Favorite coffee from Panama this year (as much as I enjoy those clean geshas).
Super clean gesha with tea and sweet orange notes. Somewhat typical at this point for me in terms of the lighter/cleaner flavor for Bolivia. It's a very easy to drink coffee with a lovely mouthfeel, but lacks a winning note compared to some of the geshas from other origins.
