    A tasty espresso.

    Leads with a deep, unsweetened, and slightly bitter chocolate profile. I agreed that the sweetness is slightly date like. There's a fairly substantial hit of blackberry acidity that I think balances the slightly bitter, slightly earthy chocolate note.
