A cup that makes you go wow, and provides a new perspective for me on Bolivian coffee.
Super smooth. Black tea, pomegranate, juicy pear, a little bit of green apple. A slightly lemony finish. A lot of natural sweetness in the brown sugar honey range.Cupping Method:Pourover at D Squared in Exeter NH

I'm a bit annoyed at Angelscup that this was in my light roast sampling box since it's clearly a medium roast. That said I'd be very happy if I was expecting a medium roast. It's very smooth and has a wonderful aroma. I think nutty and cocoa is spot on. I get some lingering orange marmelade.Cupping Method:Hario v60 dripper

A nice smooth cup. Lemongrass, molasses, black tea, a touch of hoppiness (not bad). Angels Cup blind tasting. -

A little too dark for me. Its a medium roast, but I love light roasts so someone that likes medium roasts Im sure will love it. I taste cocoa and something acidic.Cupping Method:Black pourover from an Angels' Cup blind tasting
