We enjoyed this coffee when we stayed at a hotel for a conference. We were pleasantly surprised. Most hotel coffee is weak and average. This is good coffee! -

Marriott Seattle brewing it correctly. Very smooth, low acidity, & bold roast flavor. Very much like Peets Major Dickesons in complexity but smoother. As a home roaster I have to give kudos to the Residence Inn Northgate for brewing it correctly and not cutting corners.Cupping Method:Hotel brewed.

Admittedly, I sometimes taste coffee with low expectations just to grade it. This was definitely the case here. But I do also enjoy a cup of decaf just to unwind. For a hotel decaf coffee, this fits the bill. It is nice and light, easy sipping with low acidity and non-controversial flavor. A touch of nuttiness and very light lemony flavor. A passable but not really tasty hotel coffee that I grabbed in the lobby of a Townplace Suite (Marriott umbella). Dark but not overly bitter, low acidity and little bit of plum. I drive a lot while drinking coffee and a decent litmus test for hotels is how much of the cup I finish. I made it through 1/3rd of this one. I cant totally tell if A Moment to Breathe? is actually a coffee brand or just something Marriott puts on generic coffee related products.
