Cupping Method:These are my notes from my trip to San Antonio last year.

Super smooth and well-structured with citric acidity and milk chocolate notes. A great clean filter type coffee.
Ooh, this one was very, very nice. Super smooth throughout with a lot of structure and earthiness but still fruity acidity throughout. A nice natural sweetness to it. Got some mandarin and brown sugar notes, and maybe a strawberry rhubarb pie hint in the acidity. Awesome.
