After returning home from a lengthy stay in Indonesia, Temple founder and barista Sean Kohmescher opened the first Temple Coffee house in 2005 with a dream of creating a community gathering place much like the temples he visited during his travels. His vision was simple: good vibes, great service, and noteworthyly well-prepared coffee. Over 15 years later, eight coffee houses, and a roasterie, it is still this vision that Temple strives to fulfill today.

Balanced roast that's maybe a bit past medium in appearance but drinks clean. I think it's more milk chocolate and I do think especially if you brew it as filter it has a honey not. It's very slightly nutty, and doesn't carry and smoke or spice.

Cupping Method:Espresso and pourover. I got this coffee from Trade a couple months ago but missed putting in the review. So patched from slightly spotty notes.
