Founded in March 2014, Rosella began as a specialty coffee shop serving quality food, wine, and beer. It soon became a gathering place for entrepreneurs to meet over coffee, friends to catch up over a glass of wine, and everything in between. Six years later, Rosella's flagship location in the former American Standard warehouse continues to provide the community with excellent food and drinks in a welcoming space with friendly service. The location expanded its wine program to include a thoughtfully curated wine selection available retail and in-house. In October 2017, Rosella opened its second location in the heart of downtown San Antonio inside the Historic Rand Building. The location highlights the 1920's art deco style of the building with a modern flare. Rosella at the Rand raises the bar for downtown dining, offering its signature coffee plus a unique full-service restaurant and cocktail bar experience.
