We also enjoy pushing the limits of coffee roasting, and to that end, we have been roasting coffee long, slow and deep since we began in 1993 in Fraser, Colorado. Slow roasting allows more flavor to develop in every batch. Now located in Durango, Colorado, at 7900 ft., we source only the freshest, highest quality coffee beans from all over the world. We then micro-roast them to order at high altitude in small batches to make sure that your morning cup is smooth, bold, rich and delicious. As Masters of Smooth Coffee, our coffee is never over-roasted, which can leave a bitter, charred taste in your mouth, and it is never under-roasted, which will leave you with a sour, astringent taste lingering on your tongue.
