Smooth, easy to drink, not bitter or sour or too acidic. I like it more with milk. I taste milk chocolate. Finish is nice also.Cupping Method:As an espresso shot and as a latte with whole milk made at home on La Spaziale machine

The immediate flavor is strong, then moves to a dark chocolate feel before finishing a bit bitter. It is a lighter tasting medium roast. -

Catching up on reviews as we were driving through Concord to Quebec. V thought her iced coffee was just ok. I agree. Needed a brighter acidic note to go with the chocolate. -
