A tasty easy drinking espresso thats notably earthy and also a bit nutty. Nice mouthfeel and crema. A dried fruit, slightly figgy sweetness. Low on the acidity side. Quite nice.

Very smooth for a dark roast with good acidity to balance it off. I had it as nitro cold brew which is a good format for it.

Long a stalwart the New Hampshire specialty coffee scene, A&E rebranded to Rare Breed in 2023. We’ve this roaster in hippie/yuppie office cold brew kegs in New York City, so no doubt their popularity extends beyond NH.
