A solid espresso that doesn't quite come together for me. It pulls a nice crema, medium with persistance. The chocolate note is bitter sweet and a little short on clarity. I'd like a little more brightness in the sweetness/acidity.

It's quite raw walnutty on the finish and linger, a bit too much for me. I realize this seems a bit negative, and I don't mean it that way. It's a solid espresso and it's more than I thought it was close to being really good.

This roast is very smooth, balanced, has great mouthfeel, and a unique chocolate flavor that is both sweet and a bit dark.

Cupping Method:moka espresso, cream with no sweetener
