perq coffee bar is all about specialty coffee - we brew single origin beans from select roasters across the country, and rotate our selections as the micro-lots become depleted. our brew methods are a bit different too - for our espresso, we use our hand-built slayer espresso machine (built in seattle). and since this is florida, we've got the best slow-brewed cold brew anywhere in town. we are your independent, local coffee bar. History Established in 2012. It all started with a boutique bakery in a former fire station and was ignited by the passion for hand-crafted coffees and single origin beans.
