I think it was fine but not too exciting.
Overwinter Invisble Path is not an exceedingly complicated coffee but a well-balanced and delicious one that is hard to stop drinking. The acidity is just very pleasant and level in the peach/fresh strawberry range. It has that smooth chocolate character you want in a Colombian and a lot of natural sweetness. I do believe that this was a season all that was coming off the menu. Overwinter was 3 for 3 on the coffees I tried with them!
A nice, clean Central American with notes of black tea, peach, and plum. Super super smooth.
