Fruity, tart, candy like pink bourbon light roast. Mid-palate touch of bergamot and creamy vanilla, very subtle but gives it an angle to contemplate. Clean, complex finish. I wish I had more!

Appealing chicory aroma on the grind. Complex coffee with a lot going on. Funky and interesting. I get bit of chocolate, but also a strongly brewed rooibos. Guarana and honeydew funk. And maybe something like banana pudding? Cool and unique coffee though maybe not something I would want every day.

The coffee is clean, sweet and uniform. The dry aroma is of berry jam and cocoa which carries through into the wet aroma and also the flavour. The coffee is balanced with a soft malic to citric acidity. There is also grapelike floral note on the backend. Nice. I do appreciate a coffee that translates from aroma to flavour. It's not reaching for the stars but it's eminently quaffable as filter which is how the entire bag has gone after cupping.
