I liked this roast after the second sip. It wasnt at all what was expected from a Rwandan. I get green tea, pear, almond, and lemon zest. Totally unique for me. I dont think its what Id seek out but its fun and funky for my first pourover in Paris where Id been expecting more traditional!Cupping Method:At Loutsa Cafe in Paris!
