Very good medium roast espresso. Chocolate, blackberry, lime hit with boldness. Some maple syrup sweetness/overtones. Really nice balance and mouthfeel. Tails off a little on the finish for me, but very good espresso overall.Cupping Method:Double espresso at Wild Valentine in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Looks like a custom roast for Wild Valentine.
