My nutella coffee made with La Colombe from Cafe Noir in Stone Harbor was a huge hit!

Very nice characteristic Ethiopian. Fruity, balanced, smooth, with a vanilla/hazelnut mid-palate.

A very good light roast Colombian. Have had 2 boxes at different periods and it was consistent. Definitely very citrusy and I get the cola element. Smooth and balanced. Not fireworks or super complex but easy to drink characteristic Colombian.

Stopped by Coop De Ville in the Strip last week. Very cool place. Sit outside or inside. Carries La Colombe Coffee Roasters coffee. The staff was very friendly. They brewed me up a fresh pot of their light roast that day which was their Ethiopian Myth Maker. I nice Ethiopian blend of washed and natural. Very fruity and sweet as you can image. I would highly recommend paying them a visit.

Pretty classic dark, decaf. Nice little hit of acidity for dark roast, and works in affogato quite nicely.

When I first started drinking specialty coffee, La Colombe was a favorite. But after it was acquired I've been down on it, with most of their single-origins average at best.

I didn't know this was Nizza when I had it as I just got an espresso at Little Spain then sleuthed out the roast they used later. Don't know why they couldn't get a coffee from Spain, but…

Nizza blend delivered a smooth and balanced espresso with a chocolate-forward profile. Pulled as a Café Solo at Little Spain, it had an appealing aroma and a syrupy mouthfeel, with a nice crema that added to the experience. The flavor leans rich and nutty, with deep chocolate and earthy notes, though it doesn't have much spice or complexity.

This medium roast trends slightly dark, making it an approachable option for those who enjoy a full-bodied, smooth espresso. While not the most intricate, it's a solid, reliable choice for those looking for something straightforward and satisfying.

. this @lacolombecoffee was the perfect holiday season treat. i dont really know why but this season ive decided i love peppermint flavor EVERYTHING. my house is seriously filled. For someone who drinks their coffee black, no sugar, no milk, no sweeteners, no syrups i actually really enjoyed the taste of this. It was a light peppermint flavor and not to sweet.

This bottle looks a lot like the old Colombian medium roast, but is definitely labeled light roast.

I'd call it light medium but it hits most of the basic requirements for cold brew in a convenient format. It's chocolate on front of the the palate and has a bright citrus acidity. It's straightforward and strong.

It's better than most canned cold brew, but not as good as you get at specialty shop. But totally a good option for parties, camping, picnics, etc.

Cupping Method:I bought a bottle from Whole Foods and took it with me to Nantucket.

I don't love this. I think I know what they are trying to do with the chicory. It's drinkable on a hot day but I'd go for the Colombian cold brew can. It's better than some of the truly awful bottled cold brews out there.

Deep notes, but needed cream to balance. Consistent flavor that did not deliver as strong of a punch as I was hoping. It has a nice, thick and smooth feel, which may be attributed to the chicory root fiber listed as an ingredient. The finish was a bit bitter.

2/10. this was simply just not that good. it was very weird tasting and im usually cool with oat milk. it was just bland and needed more. apparently oat milk is actually not that healthy so ill probably never drink it again tbh.

overall it was smooth it just lacked flavor and didnt really stand out to me. this definitely isnt worth trying. it wasnt frothy or creamy or delicious and there was not a balance between coffee and oat milk. it was legit 75% oat milk.
