Our expertise and relationship with growers allow us to select vintage crops that deliver unique regional flavor profiles. As Artisan roasters our coffee is roasted to order in small batches. This permits us to offer our customers a full range of delicious possibilities unlike any other. We are passionate about delivering something special from the farm to your cup. Original family brand, circa 1935 Kauai Roastery is a family owned and operated business located in the town of Waimea, on the sunny west side of Kauai. The Loero family has been involved in the coffee industry for three generations. Richard Loero holds a Masters of Science degree in Horticulture from the University of Hawaii and has managed coffee operations in Hawaii for over 25 years. He is past President and Director of the Hawaii Coffee Growers Association and currently serves as agricultural advisor for coffee and tropical crop growers both local and global.
