We opened Java Jacks Coffee House in 1996 in Nacogdoches, TX with one goal in mind: to create the kind of coffee shop where we wanted to spend all day, every day. We start by using the finest small-lot specialty coffees then roast them fresh on-site to bring out their peak flavors. We focused on making an incredible espresso and all its variations. And we worked hard to create the kind of relaxed atmosphere – complete with free wi-fi – that’s the perfect place to spend an hour catching up with friends, with emails, or just taking some ‘me’ time.
