Innkeeper's roasting profiles and recipes are developed to bring you the best of each coffee. From the humid forests of Central America to the floral aromas of Indonesian roasts, shop our coffees by region. Our decaffeinated coffees are processed with liquid carbon dioxide. This process is 100% natural and certified organic. Our flavored coffee is roasted by hand, fresh in our shop, in very small batches. The top quality beans are then flavored with an essential-oil type of flavoring. We make flavored coffee twice each week in thirteen pound batches. This fresh flavor is what makes Innkeeper's coffee the best.
