Hunter Bay Coffee Roasters was founded in 1991 in Missoula, Montana. For over two decades we've been roasting specialty coffee daily for our customers. Hunter Bay is one of the Pacific Northwest’s premium coffee roasters, with a deep passion for coffee and community. we're a small crew of coffee enthusiasts who spend our lives sourcing, roasting, and blending some of world's highest quality beans. Our business is dedicated to sustainability with an efficient, low-impact roasting facility. Our Planet. We care about the planet as much as do our coffee. That’s why Hunter Bay offers many Direct Trade and Certified Organic coffees, while minimizing excessive packaging whenever possible. From farm to cup, we strive to meet the highest ecological and social standards in every step of the process. Our Locations. We've been in Missoula for over 25 years.
