Epic unique coffee with some wild notes and resemblance to Indonesia coffee. I get blueberry, banana, durian, guarana, coconut, and sweet tobacco. That sounds crazy, but it's actually so good. Complex and pleasant mouth feel with massive natural sweetness (almost a blueberry juice).
Wow. I didn't know your game, House of Funk.Cupping Method:Coffee #3 in Revolver Advent. 17:1 v60 at 197F. Wouldn't change a thing.

Definitely get the mango, it's hard to miss. Also tea and something along the lines of grapefruit. Very enjoyable though I set the bar a bit higher for co-ferment to express more than what they were co fermented with.Cupping Method:From Revolver Advent. 17:1, 92C in Hario v60

A bit savory at the beginning. Savory beginning. Chocolate, berry at the end. Maybe a touch hibiscus. Not my favorite. -

A touch of soy sauce when hot. A bit funky. I get black tea, a hint of tomato, salty chocolate, and blood orange.
I think this is an interesting coffee but not one I loved. First one from the Revolver Advent Calendar I think I gave less than a 4.5.Cupping Method:Hario v60, blind tasting, Revolver Advent Calendar
