The roaster's tasting notes were spot on for this one, definitely picked up raspberry and milk chocolate. The depth of flavor was impressive overall. My only critique would be the slightly thin mouthfeel, especially compared to some recent Colombians.Cupping Method:V60, 92C, 18:1. PDX Advent.
