Esselon Coffee Roasting Co is an artisanal, small-batch coffee roaster located in the heart of Hadley, Massachusetts. Since 2006 Esselon has been roasting Organic and Fair Trade coffees that help support progressive economics in regional communities to develop some of the finest coffee beans grown on the planet. Beans are roasted in an iconic 1969 Gothot drum roaster that has been in continuous use for over 50 years. In addition to our beans, Esselon is also a staple cafe within the Pioneer Valley known for its creative,thoughtfully sourced menus and “too pretty to drink” lattes. Whether you are a guest in our cafe or wholesale customer we know you have a choice, and are honored you choose us.

    Thickly texture, complex medium dark roast with big cream. Spicy, a bit creamy, syrupy, with blackberry, earth, walnut, and tamarind. A fun one.
