I think this is a solid Brazilian offering but you see why it's dropped off a lot specialty menus. Slightly earthy, nutty, and funky, it has a bit of grapefruit acidity and oolong character. It's a good character representation.Cupping Method:Bean Advent Calendar. 93C, Hario v60, 17:1
