I have been trying their 52 metro medium coffee beans with different brewing methods and settings. Although I have been making it the most with V60 dripper but I find that I like it the best as espresso shot. It produces lots of crema with full bodied bitter-sweet nutty taste. Love it!

Got four bags of beans, from 4 different roasters, ordered on Eight Ounce Coffee, and finishing them in less than 4 weeks! My favourite this time is @beeculturecoffee. First time trying their coffee, and I LOVE it. Flavourful with very balanced acidity and sweetness. Very good quality to value ratio, will definitely try few more of their beans soon!

This bag is spectacular—Nacimiento beans roasted by Tim Wendelboe from Oslo, Norway! Just so mind blowing how great this cup of coffee tastes!

A masterclass in balance—rich nutty undertones harmonized beautifully with bright, fruity notes. It was everything I love about Ethiopian beans: vibrant, flavorful, and unforgettable.
