While not super interesting from the specialty coffee realm, this is surprisingly good coffee for drip in the basement of a university. Good acidic balance, milk chocolate-ish with some citrus accent. Balanced and smooth.

note: found out later this is Caribou

Brewed scalding hot, this is a passable breakfast blend once cooled. A little chocolate, light lemon, and perhaps slightly herbaceous. has enough natural sweetness and body to hold it own with a bagel. I think this is different from the Caribou medium I had before at the BU Einstein Bagel. There was also another medium roast available. N

Had a cup of decaf from the Einstein Bros at Boston University. Served so so hot. Has some smoky notes and a little acidity. I drink decaf for taste and it just is a bit off balance wise.
