A stunning floral, fruity, medium roast espresso with tremendous complexity. There is lemon, lime, blackberry, European breakfast biscuit, green apple, caramel, dark chocolate. And maybe more. Lush crema, perfect balance.
    Outstanding.

Very smooth. I’d like a bit more acidity personally but this does drink very smooth. Black tea platform like many good Ethiopian light roasts. Peach and white flower, almost chamomile is clear. Raspberry note that was very subtle on the finish.
