Editor's Overview

We're not sure how much you'll be able to find San Agustin Coffee outside of the bustling city of Leon, but if you do catch it, definitely grab a cup. We did a 3-day stay in Leon and found they were roasting great beans. We aren't sure how long it will last, but on the main street to the iconic Cathedral of Leon, there's a San Augustin outpost that DOES NOT serve coffee - it only sells beans.
