Our story begins in 2014 when the original crew of world-class coffee nerds renovated the neighborhood-laundromat-turned-motorcycle-repair-shop at 1666 East Saint Louis Street into the tasting room and roasting facility that operates to this day. Thus began the process of Brick and Mortar Coffee laying a foundation of coffee craftsmanship in Springfield, Missouri. Through the years, it has been our pleasure to serve countless cups of coffee and partner with many local businesses to provide a delicious, local product to our community.
