Consistent, smooth, easy to drink, not too bitter, often too dark for me, but this is light. For cold brew, which I dont typically like, a 5.

Well, over the past 10 years Ive possibly consumed more Barismo than any other roaster, guzzling their cold brew for years. But I had never had their espresso. I know its a seasonal, but this was special. A massive crema, syrupy mouthfeel, and big flavors of chocolate, blackberry, and roasted walnut. It was so good I would have gladly had another right away.

One of the best cold brews in New England for sure. A few of us coffee connoisseurs in Lincoln, MA actually drive in for it and pick it up for each other. Fruity, balanced, clean, crisp. It's heaven on a summer day.

Light, fruity, smooth cold brew. Maybe dangerously chuggable. Hadnt previously seen Cold Still? but this can tasted very fresh. Maybe a little crisper than the tap version I had earlier in the week from Barismo store. And definitely crisper than the corporate version I enjoyed in the office for many years.

Interesting. I tried this blind and thought African/Central American blend. Very drinkable, very smooth, very fruity. A lot of apple and white grape. Plesant black tea accent throughout. Nice mouthfeel and clean finish. I dont get tons of complexity, but a nice coffee you'd be happy with any day of the week.

This is a very easy-to-drink African blend, especially once cool, that is very smooth. I don't get a lot of complexity, and there may be some lingering notes some folks one like (but they are very light). Something like a grapefruit rind or licorice. The licorice to me was a hint of black, not red as Barismo's tasting notes indicated. I think you have to be a specialty coffee flavor squinter to pick it up. The acidity and complexity are on the low side. Reminds me of a solid breakfast blend in a lot of ways.
