This espresso, from Bakey, paired beautifully with a fresh cinnamon babka. The bold flavors of dark chocolate and blackberry in the coffee complemented the warm spice and sweetness of the babka, making for a satisfying combination. The syrupy mouthfeel and lingering chocolate notes were a perfect match for the pastry's rich, cinnamon-swirled layers. Update - turns out it's from Caffe Umbria in Seattle (Gusto Crema espresso).
