Turku Kahvipaahtimo has been a small roastery operating since 2009. We strive to offer only very high-quality coffees from our ever-changing selection. We always choose the coffees we offer based on taste. We are constantly looking for new interesting raw coffees, mainly from Central and South America and Africa. We select for our selection only coffees that impress us and have a distinctive flavor profile. We roast each coffee gently. We strive to bring out the best features of each raw coffee as best as possible. A huge amount of work has gone into each raw coffee we buy before it reaches the roaster. Roasting the coffee itself is only one of the last steps in a really long and demanding production process, which starts with the coffee berry and finally ends with the finished cup of coffee.
