The first sip wasn't my favorite, but the flavor improved after that.
This brew has a strong, quite tart presentation. The flavor layers were a bit separated, however, with acidity presenting towards the bottom and an unusual flavor towards the top. I recommend shaking or stirring.
I thought this cold brew was pretty solid but missing one element. It's nicely citrusy in the blood orange range, with a bit of a herbaceous note. While I wouldn't call it sour, the acidity washes out black tea/chocolate notes that would bring it balance.
