Got a sample of this from a friend coming back from Toronto. Might have brewed it a bit light but its very fruity. Apricot, peach, blueberry, and some red berries.Cupping Method:Hario v60

A lovely, straightforward light roast with sweetness and a smooth mouthfeel. I think it's very grapes. Like a very sweet red grape with the skin on. Dried orange is an accurate note, it has that sweetness/very slight rind note. It's not bitter at all though. Very clean finish.Cupping Method:Got it from Bean Archives. 16:1, 92C on v60.

Clean, but flavorful Ethiopian with a little bit of malolactic mouthfeel, every so slightly creamy/smooth to go with the black tea, strawberry, and peach notes.Cupping Method:Bean Advent Calendar

I wrestled with this one a bit. There's a lot here. Blueberry, persimmon, a super smooth mouthfeel. Black tea, subtle florality. I had 3 shots and the best cup was at 89C.Cupping Method:Came from Bean Archives. 17:1, 89C on v60 was best cup.
